Ben is a visionary entrepreneur with an unwavering commitment to family, wellness, and purposeful living. With a sharp instinct for innovation, he became the youngest Managing Director in the UK real estate sector at just 20, leading a high-performing team of nearly 500 agents.

Before co-founding Fortuna and Co. with his wife, Nataliya, Ben played a pivotal role in pioneering the self-employed brokerage model in the UK. He built one of the country’s earliest and largest agent-led platforms and held leadership positions at some of the UK’s most prestigious real estate firms. He later founded dfine Real Estate, an elevated platform empowering agent to build their own premium businesses, while co-crafting the Fortuna and Co. brand alongside Nataliya.

Today, Ben channels his energy into growing Fortuna and Co., aligning vision and values with Nataliya to offer a uniquely client-centric, multi-family office approach to luxury real estate. He is committed to leading the company’s rapid expansion while staying grounded in what matters most—family. An active investor and explorer at heart, Ben is fueled by a passion for adventure, sport, and building enduring legacies.
